Paid bill twice

I tried to purchase a movie but it stated that I had hit my limit which only happens if the bill is overdue so I paid with my card only to check my account which states that it's being taken on the 7th and now I'm in credit however I can't afford to pay twice so how can I get a refund?

If you saw a insufficient credit message then that is nothing to do with you bill.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
