Paid bill still restricted as its gone on as credit
I have paid my bill but it has gone as credit so they have restricted me. I can't contact a human & the chat bot is useless! I need the credit transferring to my bill so I am no longer restricted

If your services have been restricted then what does your bill say about the amount you owe so does it say it is overdue ?

It says over due but also before said I was in credit so I'm confused & want the credit using to pay my bill

Is your bill usually taken via a direct debit because if this wasn't paid for whatever reason so while it will say it is overdue Sky will try again in 10 days time. If you have made a manual payment then it will appear as a credit and used against a future bill.
