Hi, I had to transfer my fathers account as he passed away. Sky said they'd transfer the account to my email but when I set up the account I can't access anything - says the page is restricted.
Anyone had to do similiar and what do I need to do to fix the issue.

When did you speak to them about this and did they give any timescale for this to be completed ?
