Hi I've been doubled billed for this months bill, I get that it says added to next months bill but they e taken my last 75 pound k got 2 babies and. 5 year old in the house that I need the money for. I can't afford to pay it twice this month. I always seem to have problems lately with payments and prices always going up and down . I always make sure it's paid and yet this seem to happen ... is there any way I can get my double payment back please . Il pay next month like I normally should be doing not double this month thanks

@Kirsty225 welcome to this customer Community. It's unlikely that Sky will respond to your post here.

 

You've posted in the forum for the Sky Yahoo Mail service - you're not emailing Sky by posting here.

 

You would need to raise this directly with Sky, but I think if you were correctly billed for the amount you've been charged, it's unlikely that they'll refund the payment to you.

@Kirsty225  Your post has been moved from the email board as you're not emailing Sky by posting there, that board is intended for Sky/Yahoo email account related issues.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
