Overpayment help!
Hello!
I cancelled my sky subscription, paid all that was owning, my account shows im in credit. Does anyone know how I get this back?
Account was all up to date as start of sept. Says money will go into recent bill, but as stated, iv cancelled everything so no future payments.

Unfortunately, you'll probably need to call.
Credits should be returned in 6 weeks but doesn't always happen.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
