Overpaying

My husband paid my bill for me but sky have already taken it out of my bank how can my husband get his money back

If you have then as you have a direct debit or card payment set up you should never need to make a manual payment as you have done. What should happen is a credit should appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid and this will be used to pay your next bill so on that bill no money will be taken from your account. You can also contact Sky when you see the credit to ask them to refund it for you.

@Janey25 as soon as your Sky account shows you're in credit. You can ask Sky to refund it. The refund will go to your bank or card account, depending on how you normally pay.

 

I'd recommend not making manual payments.
