Overpaid

I'm leaving sky on 3rd October and I cancelled my direct debit but youse have took it out my bank

You are not emailing Sky by posting here.

 

You shouldn't cancel your direct debit until you have both left and any overpayment has been refunded because if you cancel it and there is a credit left on your account then a cheque would have to be sent out and that can take many weeks to be sent to you.

Billing continues throughout the notice period (so until 03/10/25) and as bills are generated 14 days before the payment date that bill would have been produced whilst you are still a customer.
