Overdue payment made manually

Due to unfortunate circumstances my DD on sky streaming failed twice with 61.00 owing. I made the payment manually with my card on 30 Jan but still not showing as received on my account. Why?

No it didn't but I have since resolved the problem.  It was a glitch in the payments and my card provider has sorted it out.
