Overdue Payment but I’ve already paid

I've always manually paid my bills but for some reason this month sky is trying to take a automatic payment that I haven't set up and I've already paid. I've just had an email to say I'm going to be charged £10 but I can't afford to pay twice this month. Why has this changed and am I going to be charged?

The T's and C's you've agreed to state you shove have a continuous card payment or direct debit set up. Therefore there should be no need to make any manual payments. Sky are attempting to take the payment via a payment method they have on record.
