Overcharging after upgrade offer

I was offered a speed upgrade on my full fibre 500 contract at not extra monthly cost. The only thing to pay was a one off £10 admin fee. I naturally agreed after double checking the monthly payment would remain the same. After this I have been billed the admin fee and now my bill has double in cost. I was told they would listen to the call and come back to me after a week. The call back date was a week ago and still nothing ??? Has this happened to anyone else and does it get sorted out ??

I'd suggest calling Sky to chase it up.
