Overcharged

I have been charged with things I didn't order, September I was given a month of sky sports, sky cinema & paramount for free as I had inconvenience from my sky tv not working, I asked the engineer who gave me the free month of these certain channel that I can't be charged I was assured that once the month was over it would go back to my normal channels, but my bill was £130 instead of £75 , I'm now overdrawn , help what can I do

You have to cancel the free trials. It's not automatic.


To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice.

 

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (should be available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in using the number that will appear.

It appears what the engineer might have failed to tell you is that the packages do not cancel automatically as it is up to you to cancel them by giving the required 31 days notice.
