Overcharged
I have been overcharged for services I didn't ask for or want, I've made 2phonecalls to sky and was told both times refund would be imminent but I am still waiting for the refund.

I'm afraid there's nothing us customers can do - other that suggest raising a complaint.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
