Overcharged

I was overcharged for last 2 months. Money was taken from bank twice a month even double the price

What has Sky said about it? Unfortunately we can't see your bills or your account details.

I cant get in contact with them at all and i tried the chat with them it just cuts off they have been charging me twice a month the past 2 months and the last month they charged me £132 just for broadband

Have you tried calling them? Or are you automatically diverted to a request for payment when you call? That's Sky's policy if you have unpaid bills. The only way you'll be able to query your payments with them is to first pay what Sky believe is outstanding. If they've got it wrong, they will, of course refund the overpayment.
