Overcharged and wrongly delivered return package
This is Avyukt. I am writing this as today, Sky tried to charge me 29 pounds for the momth of june. However, I have got my subscription already cancelled as of 28/05/2025. Already, sky has made a blunder as I called and specifically mentioned you to deliver the return package at an alternative address. However, sky team got it delivered to my address which is causing a lot of problems for my friends who will be returning the package as I am not in the country anymore. I was told that no more attempts for payments will be made beforehand and that the return package will be delivered to the address mentioned over call. Please revert back and fix these issues as I am unable to call you guys because I am not in the country.

If your last day with Sky with the 28th May then the bill you are now seeing will have been created 14 days before the billing date so will have to be paid before it should then show as a credit on your account that can then be refunded and help of which can be arranged for you via here once you see the credit.
I would presume the packaging can only be sent to the address on the account however you can use your own as this link will help you to print the return label:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
