Overcharge

I was supossed to be on a free three month trial for UHD, but I've noyiced on my bill I've been charged for it! Where do I find someone I can talk to about it?

You will need to call in about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
