Overcharge broadband

You charged me 60.00 instead of 27.00 please reimburse me and I will reinstate my direct debit

If you have seen an inrease like that then more often than not it is because a discount you had is ending or has ended so time to call Sky to see if they will offer you something else if you will agree to a new 24 month contract.

If you have cancelled this direct debit and Sky can take the payment they will try again 10 days later and if this fails you could find that they will suspend your services until you do pay this bill in full and restore the direct debit.
