Over charged

Hi, my contract with you end on Friday 17th October, I was charged for full month, could you please explain? And can you please refund? Thank you

Billing continues as normal up to

the date you leave so once you have left you should see the overpayment appear on your account as a credit so you can then call them to ask them to refund it to you.

When you say 'contract end' so you mean you contacted Sky and gave notice to cancel and this was acknowledged?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
