Been charged double even tho I changed my payment date till the 20th of December and you have been taking the money from my account early on my broadband bill

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWe are customers here as you are not talking to Sky so have you made any manual payments. If not then changing your billing date sees what you pay as being recalculated especially on the first bill after the date change.
