Over charged

Was charged £43 when it should be £27.

As customers here we can't see your bills. Perhaps compare this one to a previous bill and see where they differ.

Are you new to Sky or have you been with them for a while because if you have your discount might have finished.

If you're new to Sky, your first bill is likely to be higher, because it covers the period from when your service was activated up to the end of the current month, AND for the next month in advance. Check the dates you've been billed for.
