Outstanding refund

Wondering if anyone can help with an escalation to sky. I cancelled my broadband with sky which finished 31/10/23 and on my sky app it shows I should be refunded on the 11/12/23 but nothing has gone through yet, I've seen on here it could take upto 6 weeks, could anyone help.

Yeah its showing as credit, I did phone sky after I had the bill before because I thought that was the final bill and they'd taken out more but they said it's a credit and I should have it by the 11/12

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
