Outstanding payment on Disney+ Subscription
Ive received an email to say that my payments for Disney+ subscription have failed. Ive rang the number I was given but it kept saying it was to make a payment for my monthly bill.
Does anyone know how to make a payment? Feel like Ive been round the houses several times.

Don't know if it'll allow a change now for you, but are your payment details up to date? Marketplace add-ons come off the registered card on the account, not the direct debit details for the main Sky bill.
