Outstanding payment for cancelled Disney + restricting account

I cancelled Disney + but didn't realise that two payments weren't made as had cancelled the card. The subscription has ended but I owe £21.98 and no idea how to pay. This is restricting my account from viewing mobile phones.  I think the problem is that Disney + was through sky marketplace. My regular sky bill continues to be paid and has nothing outstanding. How do I pay and unrestrict my account. A message pops up when I go into marketplace subscriptions advising of the outstanding amount

Is it not an option to subscribe again to Disney+ to see if you can then pay this bill off as perhaps there has to be an activae subscripition in place before you can do this ?

Something similar happened to another sky user. They started another Disney + account but still couldn't pay the outstanding amount only the current bill

Have you tried calling Sky on 150 from your mobile, say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.

Did you ever get this fixed as I am in the same situation. I've even called up to try and pay but sky say they can't. And say my account shouldn't be restricted but it is.
