Outstanding bill?
Says still owe but not in contract? Need to speak to a person? All bills were paid and was out of contract??

@Harperlola Being out of contract does not mean services are ended unless you gave notice to cancel?
Did you cancel? Did you receive confirmation of this?

@Harperlola Have you cancelled your services? If you haven't then you are not out of contract you are out of a minimum term and on a rolling monthly contract.
