I have an issue with my account being restricted following an outstanding Disney plus payment. It was from some months ago and I have tried everything to get this resolved. They have continued to take the monthly payment on 6 occasions since but this one from November is still outstanding there should have been no reason for it not going through and my bank tells me it was never attempted. I have attempted numerous times to speak with an agent and no one is ever able to help me they just ask me to contact Disney plus. Disney plus tell me to contact sky they can't do it so I just get pushed around. I just want to get the payment made and my account restored. Any ideas?

sorry I should have mentioned I have sky glass which apparently means it's not possible if the agents I've spoken to are correct.
