Hello,
I placed a order last night.
I received two emails one advising my order has been cancelled and one advising the order is on its way and I will received a follow-up email but I haven't received anything and I need some sort of communication.

Find out moreIf this was for Sky Mobile then it isn't unusual for these emails to arrive out of order but has you have received the cancellation one then you order will be cancelled probably because you failed the enhanced credit check. You can call Sky to see if this is the reason,
