Order

I received a SKY product, not ordered, it is a MAC Pro. DPD delivered to my address but with my wifes name on it and an incorrect mobile number. DPD cannot tell me who ordered it and why the incorrect information is on the package. Any ideas as to what I can do. DPD sais they would pick the parcel back up but have not arrived yet

After speaking with the customer we have raised this to our Mobile Risk team to investigate further. Thank you for escalating.

How do you know this originated from Sky?  Sky don't sell MacBook Pros.

Ok, fair enough.

 

You'll need to call Sky and describe what's happened.  Looks like there's been some kind of administrative fowl-up that's resulted in an order being mis-addressed.

I have escalated this to Sky who should hopefully be in touch via a chat bubble on tbe forum.

Just a quick update. Someone did come to pick the product back up but when we asked for ID. as DPD said we should, he walked off! Not sure how I am going to return it to SKY as I want to know how it was orderd in my wifes name and if we will be charged

  • Keep an eye out for the Blue Bubble and use the chat facility that it opens to discuss the issue.
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 25 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.

That would suggest it's dodgy and someone was just using your address as a blind front to order goods using someone elses payment details.
