I have spoken to a guy who offered me a sky account and now to try to ring someone is impossible - he said to use the messaging icon - but that only recognises people with a sky account - does anyone have a telephone number for sky ?

You can sign up to Sky via the Sky.com/shop website or try the number under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
