Online help is not required imeed a human

Can someone please 🙏 help me get through to a human at sky I need to speak about my bill , I was paying by dd , but for couple of months paid with my debit card ,I set up my dd yesterday and set payments for the 5th of the month now I can see that I'm being charged 2 sets of payment for the glass tv sort out sky and why di you make it hard to speak with a human totally unacceptable

What's the issue you are having in calling?

 

You should be able to connect unless Sky believe you owe payments?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

 

If payments are in arrears you won't get through to an agent.
