@Sammie11 Sky support is not available 24 hours a day, the online chat service is only available Mon-Sun 08:00-20:30 and thats only when its not busy(when it is it will show as unavailable).
The community here may be able to asisst if you feel comfortable saying what you want to contact Sky about(certain issue can even be dealt with by the few Sky staff here via escalation from the superusers).
