Online account restricted

I've had sky for over 20 years, never ever missed a payment. I took an offer on our sim

cards and since that date my online access is restricted. If I go to look at a deal or purchase and error message comes up with a picture of the series "last of us" and it states your account is restricted due to payment. I click on it and no payment is due as I've never missed a direct debit. I've reported it time and time again but it gets me no where and I'm tired from

jabinf to explain it every person they pass me through to. Has anyone has this before? I've cleared my cache, I've deleted the ap and reloaded it. Nothing works

Do you have payments taken from Sky Marketplace which would be for using apps via Sky as it could be related to that if you do as these are billed separately.
