Online account - Restricted content

When I log-in to my account, pretty much all of the areas I would like to access such as 'billing' is restricted. I can literally access no areas on my online account.

Do you see an option to reinstate your account, if so select this and on the next screen if you see marketplace listed is anything shown here that is outstanding ?

Thanks.  All sorted now.  I contacted Sky and they told me that I had to link my broadband account to my Sky account.  I hadn't realised there were two separate accounts!
