One of sim contacts ends on 13th Jan. Currently paying £12 per month, renewal is £16 per month. I have jsut been on sky VIP and noticed I can get the same sim for £10 per month. Can I swap contacts to get this deal?

@Mrs+s... if you see that offer on your sky vip app you likely need to click on it and see if it lets you switch online. If it doesn't you will need to phone Sky to make the change.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Those deals are usually for additional (new) SIMs - not existing.

If you want to keep your phone number then it's a little more difficult. Either phone Sky and see what deal they can apply or you'll have to port your number out of the network and back in again to the new SIM.
