Old Sky Q box
I previously failed to return a SKY Q box and was charged for retaining it. Can I return it now and will I receive a refund?

You should do. Return it asap.
Keep your proof of posting.
Sky use Unipart to deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse.
Once you have returned it post again on this thread and we can potentially get you some help,through the Messaging Team on here.
