Hello, I switched from Now broadband to Now powered by Sky on June 6th. I was told on the phone that there would be no leaving charges because Sky now owns Now so it would just be removed. I have received an email Friday informing me that the leaving charge was £18 and it would be taken on my next Sky bill for leaving Now early.... Any idea how to dispute this?
