Not receiving the email to let us know that we've won a reward. I can only find out if we have one going on the app looking at tickets but usually by this point it's too close to the date to arrange to take them up on the offer of the reward. Presuming it's something to do with ticking in a box for data protection, but I can't figure out how to untick the box. Any advice would be appreciated

Yes thanks all email switched on within my details - it's been happening since 2023 I was receiving them
