Not received Sky stream reward

I signed up for a Sky streak package of broadband/phone and tv in May 2026 which came with an £80 reward voucher after 120 days. I have not yet received it. Can you help?

The offer was normally for Sky Glass through Sky, not Sky Stream.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/mastercard-reward-sky-glass
