Not all services cancelled.
Hi, I have recently changed my services over to Virgin media, mostly because of the poor Sky stream service. This is something that Virgin handle but when I look at my account I still have the tv services. Also what has to be returned to Sky and does it include all cables? Many thanks.

That's correct. Virgin Media can only cancel your broadband service, as part of the One Touch Switching service for broadband. Another provider cannot cancel your TV services, to do that you need to contact Sky and cancel.

If you have the cables you can return them but the main things to return are the broadband hub and your TV equipment.
Make sure you get and keep the proof of posting receipt when doing this.
