@Jenny112 Which channels in particular are you not able to view? Some are only included in the higher priced Ultimate TV package.

Sky Q or something else?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you're only paying £10 a month then it sounds like you've got Sky Essentials. This is their equivalent of freesat/freeview so just free to air channels you can get anywhere else. The £10 will be to watch through a Sky box.

@Jenny112

'Television Essentials' from £5 to £15 on a Sky+ or Sky Q box does not include any Sky brand channels other than Sky Arts and Sky News (which are free to air services)

It's 'Essential TV' for a minimum of £15 on Sky Glass and Stream which has Sky Atlantic and a wider range of other channels, plus Netflix Standard with Adverts and Discovery+ Basic.
