Hello my WiFi been cut off and sky q box stopped working

Was paying 122 a month last month they only taken 60 odd now it's saying upgrade subscription..but the account is in my x girlfriends name I don't know the password or anything...they saying can't help on fone with out password!!

@Gaz37  Unfortunatley this is something your ex will need to sort out, or maybe they have cancelled the services if they were paying for them in the 1st place?

 

If the latter you will need to set up a new subscription.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

So if I'm understanding your post correctly the account is in your ex girlfriends name but you were paying the bill. If that's the case you need to ask your ex to cancel the subscription (if Sky allow it). Otherwise if you stop payments Sky will chase your ex for the payments but that might start with them trying to contact your ex at youraccount address.
