Have received my boxes but no card so useless with viewing card

Was this a doorstep swap of a faulty Sky Q box for a replacement? If so you were meant to keep the original viewing card.

Sky don't send boxes that require a VIewing Card to new customers. Sky Q equipment is installed by Sky.
