Service suspended due to late payment but now up to date

Have you also setup a payment method on your account as this will need doing even if you previously had one set up. That apart you will have to wait until the payment has been cleared which might not be until tomorrow at the earliest.

You can't expect your services to be lifted immediately as the money needs to clear into skys bank account and then your Sky account updated that payment has been received.

 

You will likely also need to setup a new continuous payment method on your account, once this is done and you are up to date on your bills you should really allow up to 48 hours from that time for your services to be restored.
