No refund

Cancelled sky in February and returned equipment. Email from sky to confirm receipt received in February. 
May monies taken from my account for non return of equipment?

many emails and phone calls with promise of refund still not sorted. Refund promised on 7th June within 5 days. No monies received even email to the do was ignored.

I have an email from sky saying that they have equipment back I even sent that to the ceo but not a reply

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I cancelled my account on 9th May and returned equipment. On 12th and 19th May I had £43 and £20 taken from my account Mrs Norma Griffiths

Bills are generated 14 days before the payment date so these were generated even before you gave notice to cancel.
