No refund received

I have canceled by broadband over 6 weeks ago and was assured on the phone I will receive the refund however that never happened. Is there someone I can contact please?

@Zuzanna2 It does take time, and you may find out that it is all done, SKY do have the bad habit of leaving it as a credit towards the future, now if you have any other sky products that will not be an issue, if you do not then it's a call to sky customer service, find out if it is all done and dusted, then you have to insist that they return the refund to your payment method that you have hoping that you did not close it yet, takes 5 days or so, advisor will tell you when on the call to them. If you do not wish to do this then all you can do is wait and see.

If you see a credit on your account then  we can arrange some help for you via here with regards to getting this refunded so if you can let us know if you see the credit then we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you via a private message on here tomorrow about this.
