No holiday break

I have asked for a payment break on my phone but no - no reply or call

now I have no way of replying to jobs 

I will certainly be leaving Sky especially when they won't answer the phone or have the courtesy to call me back

Hi @Mandi1967   Here is how to Cancel. The catch 22 is you will need to contact Sky, they do not call you.

@Mandi1967 How and when did you apply? I ask because as far as I'm aware you have to call and it's put in place during that call if you are eligible.
