No Sky Stream Puck Delivered
Hi, I ordered a sky stream puck a few weeks ago which stated next day delivery and I have not heard anything since from Sky and it hasn't been delivered. It just says it's ordered in the app. Any ideas what's going on ?

Yes I call on Wednesday, week before last and they told me it would arrive that Friday and haven't heard a thing since. Or painful calling them, on hold for ages.
