No Sky Account number - can’t link to MySky/Sky ID

Ordered new WiFi using credit card so no bank account attached. Never received a 12-digit sky account number. 

Can't now link the WiFi to my Sky ID / MySky, so can't manage it.

 

Confused! Have checked emails and texts, this 12-digit account number is nowhere and without it I can't link to my Sky login.

You will have to either call or use social media (links at the bottom of this page) so they can let you know what your account number is.
