Out of contract and pay £40.15 PM Sky signature,no Netflix.to renew contract a £5 off was offered,paying £35.15.

If I cancel my sky altogether then rejoin its £22 a month for Sky ultimate which is basically what I have now.

So why don't Sky offer me that.

Because they don't have to I'm afraid.

If you do cancel then you are not seen as you are a new customer until you have been away for at least 12 months if not longer so cancelling and rejoining straight away will not work.

Hi @Chipper51   They attract new customers with loss leading offers that are subsided by us. Without new customers the business fails.

So basically i either renew at a fiver less what I'm paying or cancel altogether and sit it out and hope for the best.
