New orders

I placed an order yesterday for sky tv and broadband. I'm waiting for two streaming pucks however they're not on the order page but the tv is but shows no activation date. 

I can't call due to a hearing disability and the virtual assistant isn't any use to me unfortunately

It may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look here… ~

@Amy2521 there's no activation date shown for your Glass tv as it is activated as soon as you set it up, or automatically 3 weeks after delivery.

I'm getting the streaming pucks but there's nothing showing delivery for them but the tv activation is showing (no date) but its there
