New build eircode error blocking my sky id activation
- am a new customer in Ireland in a brand-new build. When trying to link my Sky ID to activate my Sky Stream puck, the website crashes at the Eircode screen with the error 'An error occurred, please check details'. Standard phone support has unlinked and re-linked my Sky ID multiple times but the Eircode block keeps happening. Can a forum moderator please escalate this to a secure chat to manually tie my Sky ID to my account number on the backend?

There is currently an ongoing issue with escalations to ROI customers so all you can do is to call Sky Ireland instead.
