New broadband issue

Hi, so I have just had a phone call via sky and I've agreed to upgrading my sky box which would include someone coming out to install the sky box outside my flat. However as I am renting I have spoken to my landlord and he won't allow me to do this. So I need to cancel this and I will just cancel my sky broadband altogether please

We are customers on here. You'll need to call Sky to discuss your options. 

If you are cancelling Broadband/Talk altogether you need to contact Sky and give the required notice of 14 days. Remember that if you are still in a discounted 18/24 months deal Sky could impose cancellation charges.

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of any notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
